DAY 1: Arrival at Saiss airport

DAY 2: full day to explore Fez

Today is a special day of our top Fez trip to explore what fez has to offer. DAY 3: Fez – Cedar forest – Ziz Valley – Merzouga desert

 After the morning meal, we will leave Fes to Merzouga desert, in the way we will enjoy different landscapes with different colors. Our first pause will be in Ifrane Switzerland of Morocco with skiing resorts in the snowing times. after Ifrane we will stop in Azrou Cedar forest to see ape monkeys, then continue crossing the High Atlas mountains to the Morocco apple city. After lunch in Midelt, we will cross the High Atlas range to enjoy the charming Ziz valley with lovely panoramic views. In the afternoon we will get to Merzouga desert. Overnight in a local hotel.

DAY 4: Explore the desert area – camel ride – night in a desert camp

Today is considered to be the highlight journey during our 12 Days top Morocco tour from Fez. we will start our explorative day by an off-road ride deep Sahara desert to visit a nomadic family in the middle of nowhere, living in a Berber woolen tent and having a cup of tea with them. After that we will drive to Khamlia, to enjoy the local Gnawa music and dances. after having a local pizza for lunch in a local restaurant we will start the best adventure of our top Fez trip, taking camels to cross the dunes, enjoying the enchanting desert sunset, having an impressive night in the tent enjoying drum music with locals around the fire under a starry night… Overnight in the tent.

DAY 5: Erg Chebbi – Rissani – Todra gorges – Dades valley

Your camp staff will wake you up early to witness what might be your favorite sunrise of your life. After that, we will have breakfast and leave to Rissani where we will get the chance to visit an authentic market of donkeys goats, goods… then head to Erfoud to visit a local factory of fossils that dug from the surrounded mountains of anti-Atlas. After lunch we will enjoy the ride through the Tinghir valley stopping to take pictures in the panoramic views, then head to have a short walk in the Moroccan best canyon during our 12 Days top Morocco trip from Fez. In the afternoon we will get to our destination. Overnight in Dades valley.

DAY 6: Dades valley – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech

After breakfast, we will drive Ouarzazate crossing the three colorful valleys that mix the color of trees with Berber kasbahs trees, Dades Valley, rosa valley, and Skora palm groves valley. After lunch in Ouarzazate, we will continue our way to Ait Haddou Kasbah, recognized as a UNESCO world heritage site in 1986, and considered to be the biggest and famous building in Morocco due to the international movies that filmed there, such as Gladiator, Alexander, Game of Thrones… in the afternoon we will continue to Marrakech crossing the High Atlas mountains via the T’chka Pass. Overnight in the Medina Riad. 

DAY 7: FULL DAY TO VISIT MARRAKECH

today is a special day to visit one of the authentic imperial cities of Morocco. we will meet our local guide in the riad and start walking around the Mdina visiting the well-furnished Bahia Palace, Ben Youssef Madrassa, the greatest Kotobia mosque. after lunch we will visit and have enough time for the best garden with extensive plants in Morocco. in the afternoon you will have free time to visit and walk freely in the biggest square you will see during you 12 days top Morocco tour from Fez. overnight in a close riad.

DAY 8: Marrakech – Casablanca – Rabat

from Marrakech, we will drive to 3 hours to Casablanca which is the biggest city in Morocco with 8 million inhabitants, it is the port and commercial hub of the country. In Casablanca, we will have the best opportunity in our top Fez trip to visit the only mosque that allow non-Muslim to visit from the inside. Hassan II Mosque is the biggest mosque in Morocco and second biggest in Africa, its minaret with 210m is the second tallest temple in the world finished in 1993. After visiting the mosque we will have a short walk by the Casablanca corniche before we head our way to Rabat. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 9: Explore Rabat – Chefchaoun 

After breakfast, we will start exploring the capital of Morocco and the second biggest city after Casablanca. We will have a short walk in the coastal Berber Kasbah of Oudaya, then visit the Hassan Tower which is an unfinished mosque. After that, we will have the opportunity to visit the Royal Palace of the recent King, before we move to one of the oldest buildings in Morocco. the spiritual Chellah Castle which is built by Berber and get colonized by Phoenicians, Romans, and Muslims… After lunch in Rabat, we will drive to the blue city. Overnight in the riad. 

Day 10: Free day to explore Chefchaoun

Today will be the easiest and peaceful day, in the most lovely romantic city during your 12 Days top Morocco trip from Fes. You will take enough rest in the riad, and walk freely in this little town without a guide or driver, to enjoy your moments in its humble quarters and the scenic Mdina with an imposing backdrop of the Rif ranges make it truly astounding.

Day 11: Chefchaoun – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

After breakfast, we will cross the green Rif mountains through different Berber Villages. Our first stop will be in the UNESCO world heritage Volubilis, the best-preserved archaeological place in the country. its astounding innovations are the various wonderful mosaics protected by locals. After lunch, we will enter Meknes, the last imperial city of our 12 Days top Morocco trip from Fes. In this historical city, we will visit the most important gateway of the city facing the second biggest square in Morrocco after Marrakech square. we will also visit the Sahrij Swani the huge water basin that was a part of the majestic city’s water equipment system. In the Afternoon we will continue to Fes.

DAY 12: Transfer to Fes Sais airport
