EXCURSIONS ON THE NORTH COAST
At 30 Kilometers northwards along the coast is the town of Mohammedia.
It was was the port of the Zanata tribe, converted during the protectorate into an industrial city, and today it is the largest refinery in the country. It is a well-marked city with abundant trees and with some interesting colonial buildings such as the Catholic Church.
Today is a city with a university and tourist vocation. Its magnificent beach attracts many citizens and tourists of Casablanca in summer, who stay in numerous villas and hotels, enjoying golf at the Royal Mohamedia Golf Club and its marina, equipped for the practice of fishing large pieces.
Next to Mohamedia, the Oued El Maleh offers the perfect setting for a pleasant walk through the forest, near some beautiful waterfalls. Towards the interior is the agricultural center of Beni Yakhelf.
Small coastal town located 39 km, inherited the name of the historical Kasbah that is located in the territory of the Municipality of the seventeenth century during the reign of Sultan Mohamed Ibn Abdullah. Its Kasbah is listed as a historical monument, pending restoration.
Every year he organizes his Tourist and Cultural Festival, with horse races, Tbourida.
Its beaches that extend in 20 km and are extension of the coast of Mohamedía, although less urbanized. Some with reefs are more insecure for the bathroom, others are open and magnificent for surfing.

EXCURSIONS OF THE COSTA COSTA SUR
Trendy beach on the outskirts of Casablanca, with its 70,000 m2 water park.
New coastal resort under construction. There are no urbanized beaches until Azemmour although it is worth stopping at Lala Aicha Baharia’s marabout at the mouth of the Oum er Rbía River.
City of the coastal Dukala, near the mouth of the river Oum er Rbía. At present it is a small agricultural and commercial city of little development with tourist vocation for its history and nearby beaches.
The Portuguese Medina deserves to be visited. It is surrounded by strong walls, with large bastions guns, from which you can see magnificent views of the city and nearby river. Inside, the streets are narrow, adorned with flowers and white houses.
It has an interest as a cultural and historical destination, being an alternative excursion for those who visit Casablanca or El Jadida.
The beach tourism is in full development, among the beaches highlights Haouzia of great breadth and fine sand, ideal for the practice of Surfing and Kitesurfing.
It has some quality hotels highlighting in the medina the Riad 4 * and in the surroundings it highlights the luxurious beach and golf resort Pullman Mazagan Royal Golf & Spa of 4 *.
EXCURSIONS TOWARD THE INTERIOR
OPTION 1: Take the Ben Slimane road through the agricultural centers of Sidi Hajjaj and Souk Jemaa de Fedalate until you reach the provincial capital.
Ben Slimane. City and province located inland, between Casablanca and Rabat. It has 200,000 inhabitants. With an exceptional microclimate, it is surrounded by vegetation, forests of oaks and pines. It is a vacation spot for the inhabitants of the big cities nearby.
It has a large golf club and riding, and you can choose between karting in the village of Go Kart or go hunting in the forest of cork oaks of Ziaïdas.
The Gara. Deviating from El Hajjaj, we find this village in the province of Berrechid, a rural town from where you can access the El Khaoutat mountain range, which has great ecological value.

Berrechid, 32 km. Former fort of the French army for the control of the Chaouia, today it has become the provincial capital industrial center peripheral to the capital without attractiveness.
